‍What made you want to become an electrician?

A high school friend of mine is an electrician, and he was the one to introduce me to the trade. Since then, I’ve been obsessed with anything that has to do with electrical at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

What made you want to work for Buildforce?

I met a co-worker at an electrical project in Houston, Texas, and he was the one who talked to me about it. Since then, I have not wanted to join a company directly.

What is something that makes you excited at the end of the week? How do you like to spend your weekends?

What makes me excited is knowing that I worked for a full week and that includes Saturdays too. Sometimes I go out on Sundays but sometimes I just rest.

What is something you wish you could learn more about?

I wish I could learn more about industrial electrical projects and about electrical distribution.

What are your career goals?

I personally want to be a master electrician! And I’ve been having this goal since I started, but I do understand that first I need to get my Journeyman’s Electrician License. 🪪👌

What are the three most important things to you in a job?

1. Be on time. ⏰
2. To finish fast at anything I do.
3. To do a neat and perfect job. 👌

What is your proudest Buildforce moment?

My proudest Buildforce moment was when we had the All-Star Event! That was very special to me and I bet it was also for the other Buildforce employees. You guys made us feel like “this is not just a phone application.” 🤯 🤷🏻‍♂️

How do you take your coffee?

It must be a really strong coffee! It’s always in the morning. Now everyone knows why I’m always hyped, starting at 6 a.m.. 😆

Where is your hometown?

I’m from Honduras! 🇭🇳 Born & Raised. 🫡

Fun fact about yourself?

I get along with almost anyone, and I like to be honest in what I say. I’m almost always overly protective of anyone I’m around.
