What made you want to become an electrician?

My father was an electrician at a power plant when I was growing up. I thought it looked interesting.

What made you want to work for Buildforce?

They have big jobs in my area, and they have great pay and benefits.

What is something that makes you excited at the end of the week? How do you like to spend your weekends?

I look forward to spending time with my family. I also enjoy playing video games on the weekends.

What is something you wish you could learn more about?

I would like to learn more about running a business.

What are your career goals?

I want to get my master's electrician license, and I would like to run my own company.

What are the three most important things to you in a job?

A sense of fulfillment. I want to know that what I do means something. Quality is another important thing in a job. People should be able to stand proudly behind the work that they do. And lastly, attitude is important. A great attitude is a powerful motivator in a job.Leaders and employees should have a great attitude because it makes the day run better.

What is your proudest Buildforce moment?

My proudest moments are when I am running my own crew, and they do a great job.

How do you take your coffee?

Cold and in a can (Mean Bean Monster).

My favorite video game is Fallout 4.
