I think Buildforce was important for starting my career. Entry-level is great to start. But it also provided opportunities later on to work on different installations, learn things from different companies, and eventually get hired on by a company you like. Working with Buildforce changed my approach by also seeing the pay rate in projects. The job with a higher pay rate range seems more advanced than lower ones. This seems to push hiring companies upwards in quality, whether it is pay or work conditions.
