Buildforce Worker Referral Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Buildforce Worker Referral Program is open only to new users who have not previously signed up for Buildforce. Existing account holders are not eligible to participate in this program as referred new users.
  2. Referral Reward: Rewards are granted under this program when the referred worker completes 80 approved hours on a Buildforce job site. Hours must be approved by contractors and finalized after payroll processing. The referral amount, which may change at any time without prior notice, will be confirmed at the time the referred user opens the signup link associated with the specific referral campaign.
  3. Referral Links: Participants must use the referral links as provided. These links are campaign-specific and must not be altered or tampered with. They must be used in accordance with the terms associated with each specific campaign.
  4. Limitations: Referral rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Rewards are credited to the referrer only after the referred worker has successfully met the required conditions of completing 80 approved hours.
  5. Modification and Termination: Buildforce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Worker Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
  6. Compliance: All participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Use of fraudulent or unethical methods will result in disqualification from the Worker Referral Program.
  7. Disputes: Disputes regarding the Worker Referral Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Buildforce. Decisions by Buildforce are final and binding.
