We are looking for a Commercial Electrician who has Commercial experience. Looking for a good electrician in or near Rome, Ga who also has leadership experience.
Our company travels and candidates may be invited to travel after this project is completed.
Responsibilities:
1A.) Manage projects to be profitable
1B.) Give oversight and direction to Electricians
1C.) Manage relationships with GC Superintendent when Senior Foreman is not available
1D.) Assist in developing Electricians
1E.) Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with agreed upon timelines Targets: Assist Forman or complete in the absence of the foreman:
1A.) Routine in-person coaching of site crew
1C.) Review, implement, and coach crew to comply with SECO manuals, OSHA and industry standards
1D.) Help field staff solve problems towards completion of projects on time and under budget
*Per Diem ($20 per day) and Lodging provided within 5 miles of the project, when available.
