We are looking for a Commercial Electrician who has Commercial experience. Our company travels and candidates may be invited to travel after this project is completed.
Responsibilities:
1A.) Manage projects to be profitable
1B.) Give oversight and direction to Electricians and Manage relationships with GC Superintendent
Targets:
1A.) Record and report daily reports to Home Office, provide guidance, coaching, and appropriate follow-up for site crew
1B.) Review, implement, and coach crew to comply with SECO manuals, OSHA and industry standards
1C.) Help field staff solve problems towards completion of projects on time and under budget
1D.) Assess, plan, and coordinate daily activities for crew
1E.) Engage with crew, General Contractors, and temporary staff in a manner that is consistent with SECO expectations
1F.) Proactively communicate material and labor needs
*Per Diem ($20 per day) and Lodging provided within 5 miles of the project, when available.
